This the only state in America that has a holiday dedicated to royalty? Two of them Kuhio Day, today, and Kamehameha Day June 11. Kuhio was heir to the throne of the kingdom of Hawaii when it was overthrown in 1893. He first rebelled against the Republic of Hawaii, but years later served as a statesman in posannexation Hawaii until his death in 1920.
I was going to call Boston to see what they were doing there today, before I realized it was not a holiday there. We went with the family to see the new movie How to Train a Dragon, in 3D. We all loved it. But I agree with you James, I don't think we will run right out and buy a 3D TV.
